EVENTS

ECRA is always busy organising events, mostly with raising funds for charity in mind. We have a lively Social Committee who are now very experienced at putting on great events for our locals and also donating funds to worthy causes.

For many years we have supported our friends at 1st Ewell Court Scouts and Epsom Girlguiding, both of whom assist us at our regular Quiz Nights. Overall, our vibrant Social Committee has donated around £50,000 to local causes and organisations.

For 10 years up to 2020 we also ran our annual charity Duck Race in Ewell Court Park and raised over £27,000 for Epsom Hospital and the Casey Children’s ward, an achievement we are very proud of. Most long-term locals know us for this event, and we created many childhood memories for our youngest Ewell Courters. And who can forget our many fabulous live music events in both Ewell Court and Auriol parks..!?

Trifest was a great example of how three RAs can collaborate to bring three localities together to share in a beautiful day of fun with many great tribute acts including ABBA, The Spice girls, Freddie Mercury, Madonna, Cher and Dan Budd as Robbie Williams – happy memories!

Although the event is currently on hold, our 2019 Duck Race was a huge success! Here are all the local businesses, shops and companies who bought one or more Corporate ducks. We have also included families who bought a large Family Duck.
